At Karsten Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selections. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
